Birch Bar Soap

Select a Löy sauna aroma that fits your mood or season: eucalyptus for clarity, birch for freshness, or peat for grounding. Most people stick to one aroma per session to create a consistent and immersive atmosphere.

Fill your sauna bucket with hot water. Add about five drops of your chosen Löy aroma and stir gently. You can adjust the amount to your preference, starting light, and then add more as needed.

Ladle the scented water over the hot stones. As the water meets the heat, steam (löyly) rises... carrying the fragrance through the room and transforming the air, body, and mind.
